GrubLot

Terms

Last updated 25 September 2026

These cover listing a truck on GrubLot. If you are here to find lunch, you need nothing from this page — browsing is free and requires no account.

What we provide

A public listing for your truck: a page, a place on the map when you say you are open, your menu and your hours. We do not take orders or handle payments between you and your customers.

What it costs

Free for your first 30 days, then $30 per month per truck.

We take your card details when you sign up but charge nothing until the free month is over. After that it bills automatically on the same day each month. Cancel before the 30 days are up and you pay nothing at all.

The price will not change without at least 30 days' notice by email.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, from Manage billing in your dashboard. No notice period, no exit fee, no phone call.

Your listing stays up until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then comes down. We do not refund part of a month, and we do not charge you for one you did not use.

Your menu, hours and photos are kept after you cancel, so coming back is one click rather than an afternoon.

If a payment fails

Your truck stays on the map. Stripe retries a failed card over several days, and a temporary problem with a card is not a reason to take a working truck off the map mid-service.

If it keeps failing after those retries, the listing comes down and we will have emailed you before it does.

Your side of it

Keep your listing honest. Say where you actually are, and set yourself live only when you are open. The whole product rests on that, and a truck that is not where it says it is costs every other truck on the map.

List only a truck you are entitled to represent. Everything you upload — photos, menus, your name — stays yours; you are giving us permission to show it, nothing more.

Your crew pass lets someone set your location without your password. Anything done with it counts as done by you, so revoke it from your dashboard when someone leaves.

Our side of it

We can remove a listing that is dishonest, impersonates someone, or is being used for something other than a food truck. We will tell you why.

We try to keep GrubLot running and accurate, but we cannot promise it never goes down, and we are not responsible for business lost because a customer could not find you. If we get something badly wrong, what you can claim back is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect. Questions, disputes, or anything that feels unfair: hello@grublot.food. Talk to us before a chargeback — it is faster and it costs us both less.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
